Transportation companies using our platform are responsible for their own transportation services, passenger relationships, driver management, operational decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable privacy laws, we may process personal information on behalf of transportation companies acting as data controllers or businesses responsible for determining how that information is used.

We may also independently process limited information for account administration, platform security, billing, support, and legal compliance.

Dispatcher Application

The Dispatcher Application allows authorized transportation company personnel to view location information associated with drivers and transportation assignments.

Dispatchers may access real-time vehicle positions, trip progress, and operational information to coordinate transportation services.

Passenger Application

The Passenger Application may use location information to identify pickup locations, support reservations, display assigned vehicle positions, and provide trip updates.

Background location information is collected from passenger devices only if an implemented feature requires it and the applicable permissions have been granted.

Location Permissions

Users may manage location permissions through their mobile device settings.

Disabling location access may limit features such as live driver tracking, navigation, automatic pickup location detection, and real-time trip updates.

6. Transportation Company Access and Responsibilities

Transportation companies subscribing to our platform may access information associated with their own business operations, including passenger reservations, driver assignments, vehicle information, and trip records.

Each transportation company is responsible for managing its authorized users and ensuring that its use of the platform complies with applicable privacy and transportation laws.

Transportation companies must provide any additional notices or obtain any consents required for their independent business activities.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information collected through our platform.
